Worst hotel experience ever. Short of stuff, rude reception that will hang up on us so quickly since they are too busy handling all customers during all days of our stay.

Older feeling property but it was a comfortable stay. The room was a basic size but again…. Comfortable. Not much in the way of things to do or places to go nearby unless you are really into Asian food. I can’t really say WOW but this gave me a place to lay my head comfortably each night. Also was walking distance to Apple which is across the street!

I was being generous with 2 stars. I will never stay here again. From check in with indifferent and less than welcoming front desk folks to old decor and smelly room to a clogged toilet and having to ask the front desk to turn on the heater - it’s a big ass NO!! Thank god it’s only one night.

The property is beautiful, but there is a complete lack of hospitality. We travel often and I almost never criticize staff and usually dismiss negative reviews about staff, but the staff at this hotel were completely indifferent and unwelcoming. When we checked in, they never acknowledged that we were Silver Hilton Honors members. OK, fine. But they basically said nothing. Didn't tell us our room number, where the elevator was, what time breakfast was or all the other things you're usually told at check-in. Then neither our key or mobile key worked. With all our luggage, back down to the desk where they apologized that the keypads needed to be reprogrammed at the end of the year, so we'd have to have someone come with us each time to open our door until the keypads were reprogrammed the next week. Other than one gentleman who greeted us during our visit (almost a week), no other staff ever looked up from their phones when anyone entered or left the hotel.The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, but you cannot control the temperature, so we were roasting at night. It's a shame because we will be traveling to the area often in the future and are looking for a hotel to be our home away from home, but while the hotel is beautiful and the location is great (quiet when facing away from Wolfe Road and free parking), we will not be staying here again.
