We had extra time on our way to PWM airport, so we stopped at this candy factory store to pick up gifts for family and friends, and of course treats for ourselves. There were windows into the various production rooms along with explanations of what happens in those rooms. The selection of candies and chocolates was expansive, including chocolate animals and seasonal candies. There are pre-packed boxes and also display cases of all their chocolates so you can make your own mix. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Top of my list to visit again if we are in the area.

I live in Massachusetts and tried Haven's chocolates. We loved them and went backto the store her. But they sold so fast we couldn't always get what we wanted. So I am ordering from their web site and give ita try

This candy company is famous for the Portland area. They make almost anything you can imagine with dozens and dozens of different specialty things around the holidays, especially at Easter and Christmas. They do have a large selection of chocolate items and sugar candy items. But it’s not cheap. It is definitely premium pricing for excellent quality.Where the company really fall short is in the customer experience at the register. In most places in the region you will find people who are polite. But polite is not the same as being friendly. If you want something delicious to eat, definitely go in. Just don’t expect the counter experience to be equally sweet.

First of all, the smells will get you as soon as you walk in. To your left you will see where they actually make the chocolate the entire left-hand side of the store. Tons of options here and you won’t know what to pick. You can make your own boxes of their delicious chocolates or buy prepackaged ones. Lots of cool stuff for your kids as well. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!
