I am never disappointed when we stay at a Doubletree hotel! The location on this property made our adventure very walkable.
MoreI stayed at the Courtyard in Hartford, CT in July and had an experience that really demonstrated the level of care and customer service provided by the staff.During my stay, I accidentally locked my keys inside my vehicle and, to make matters worse, I didn’t have access to my phone or any other device that could help me figure out how to get back into my car. It was a stressful situation, but the front desk staff and a member of the housekeeping team immediately stepped in to help me problem-solve.What stood out most was how attentive and willing they were to assist me while still managing the needs and experience of other guests. They were patient, resourceful, and genuinely invested in helping me find a solution rather than simply pointing me in another direction.I’m deeply grateful for the support they provided during an unexpected situation. Their willingness to go above and beyond was a true reflection of excellent customer service and a genuine commitment to creating a positive guest experience.Thank you to the team for taking such great care of me. It absolutely made an impression and is something I’ll remember from my stay.
MoreTotally fine and affordable, would stay here again. Stayed here for one night on a long road trip. Got in around 2:30am and left by 9am. Desk staff were nice, room seemed clean and was quiet, beds were comfortable, AC worked fine despite it being very hot outside. We didn’t try the restaurant based on other bad reviews but got a good breakfast at Cafe Dono a short walk away. All we were looking for was a clean, quiet, comfortable place to sleep a few hours and this fit the bill. And was affordable!
MoreThe room was attractive and clean. I thought the bed would be too firm but I found it very comfortable. Nice shower with grab bars. If there was anything negative, I would say that the air conditioning was noisy and disruptive the first night. I kind of got used to it after that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good, convenient parking and incredible easy access to I 84. Kudos to all
