Very bad vibes from this hotel on our last visit, front desk is a mess. Ghetto style customer service, I spoke with an employee in the restaurant and they said the hotel has changed for the worse, I asked if they spoke with the manager or HR and he said they are the ones causing the issues. Sad as this was a great property.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Darnell and his excellent service. I regularly stay at this location and it is always great, but Darnell genuinely made this my best visit so far. From the moment I interacted with him, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. It's not often that someone makes such a noticeable difference in a visit, but Darnell absolutely did.

Horrible experience at this Hilton, just horrible. First parking is $50, talk about price gouging. Line for checkin was 20 minutes of waiting, we walked into our room and there was a bad odor. Hair in toilet, hair in sink and hair in bath tub. Staff seems over worked, when I spoke to an employee they said the culture has changed for the worse.

We were truly unsatisfied with our stay for two nights. The room was musty and dirty and there is zero self parking other than the street. If you park on the street by the hotel, they consider it Valet. The check in personnel were unfriendly and did not seem to care. The check-in line took forever and overall such an unpleasant experience. We are Gold members of Hilton and never have been treated so badly. We will not be back.

I have been to this hotel before and it was amazing, after my last stay I will never be back. We waited 15 minutes in line to check in only for the front desk to tell us our room wasn’t ready, whatever we went to the bar. After finally checking in we get to the room and there was a smoke order, clearly someone smoked in the room and they gave it to us right after. Worst of all was the demeanor of the staff, you can tell they are not happy and do not want to work here. What happened to this hotel?
