Hotel housekeeping discarded my $750 dental device and management took no action. I have stayed at this hotel and have almost 1000 Hilton nights where I never experienced this poor response to an issue.
MoreEverything was great Gloria and the new girl ( Cynthia) were really nice help us with our check in and told us about the amazing food at the bar and waffle house was a plus
MoreOnce again, Raul, the chef, is the best part of this stay! He is so kind and always makes me feel welcomed and at home. Can’t say enough good things about him! Our company continues to stay at this hotel primarily because of how great Raul is. Rooms are clean, pool and gym are nice, it’s a good spot.
