More$10 charge to drop off a prepaid FedEx package is outrageous. This is not mentioned on FedEx.com.
MoreDoesn't take cash, and they charge way too much money just to bring your package up a flight of stairs. Absolutely ridiculous, a handling fee is not needed.
MoreRey was extremely amicable and knowledgeable. Turn around time was speedy and the process convenient.
