The rooms were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of choices, from eggs to sausage gravy to waffles and pancakes. I like that the sink/vanity is outside of the bathroom area so someone can easily get ready while someone else showers or uses the toilet. We had an issue with a hair dryer that stopped working, but they were prompt to replace it. The hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants, bars, and breweries.I didn't like that the gate for the parking garage was just left open. If I'm paying extra for parking, I expect it to be a secure lot. They did tell us we were guaranteed a room with a view, but when we opened the curtains, it was looking straight out at the wall of the neighboring building. You had to look far to the left to see any view. This didn't bother us, as we aren't there for a view. But if you want one, know that their guaranteed view isn't super accurate. Overall, any complaints were minor and I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms and quiet. Cleanliness is OK, meaning no issues but housekeeping did leave behind a tiny plastic bottle cap at the bathroom sink.Shower and sink are in separate rooms next to each other, though this design seems common in Columbus. The first day I noticed that the bathtub water was going down the drain awfully slow, so we talked to the front desk and they had someone fix it the next morning. Free breakfast and dinner is amazing and a great value. Breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, mini pancakes, and cereal. Dinner has a rotation of spaghetti and pulled pork sliders, with the option for hotdogs and nachos. Coffee and water is available throughout the whole day but the soda machine is only during dinner. Do adjust expectations for the quality of the food though - it's like cafeteria level and very basic. Hotdogs looked a bit burnt with long black lines, so I didn't try them. There's also a small popcorn machine (the popcorn is on the plainer side).Location-wise, this is next to a convention center and very close to downtown. Parking is easy with carts people can grab themselves for luggage by the elevator.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed with the food and drinks at breakfast and at the 5:30 Kickback. We are already planning our next stay at a Drury Hotel!

One of the best Drury hotels I’ve ever been to. The rooms were extremely clean and kept, the employees were super friendly, and the breakfast was great. They also stocked our bathroom with new towels and they made my bed every morning when I didn’t even have to ask! Highly recommend staying a few nights here.

Can please to stay to see a concert at the nationwide arena. Make sure to eat something some place other than the arena. The meal at the hotel was great before the concert and drinks top it off before the concert you received from the hotel.
