I made reservations in July of 2026 for October 2026. 3 days before my arrival date the hotel sent me an email canceling my reservation because the hotel was overbooked by 50 rooms! No explanations were given and no help offered to find another hotel. The management did not answer their phone. They did not respond to my voicemail or email. I had to pay extra to have my flight changed and I had to rearrange my travel plans. They are totally unprofessional.

The hotel was adequate! We used the park,sleep,fly program. Two complaints: parking and retrieving the car was very inconvenient, and the breakfast offering was almost non-existent!

Not as bad as it could be but I’m glad to hear they have a big renovation coming up. The building was built prior to the Declaration of Independence being signed and it shows. Front desk and restaurant staff are great but some of the other staff is quite the opposite. A bit noisy, rooms need an update, clean enough.

3/5 stars. The place is dated beyond belief. I will include pictures. The M club never had any snacks like most M clubs do. The M club staff were rude. All the M CLUB had was soda and water. I saw oranges and rotten bananas. I work early and at 0630 it wasn't open. The rooms are very ugly and not clean. The parking is terrible because you pay through a premium parking system not on your hotel bill. I paid an ungodly rate for 2 nights so I left early. It wasn't up to Marriot standards at all. The only nice thing was one desk associate. A female that worked on 6/15 in the morning.

Worst stat ever. I stayed here for my son’s graduation. Very old dated hotels front check in computer wasn’t working waited 45 minutes just to get my mobile key. Only one staff was there to entertain 5 guest in line. Rooms were very small. Sliding bathroom door. If someone is using bathroom all your room smells bad. Wall paper are falling off. Next day breakfast was very limited in lounge. I am a bonvoy member no upgrade was given to me. Carpets old and smelly. Bedskirts are falling apart. It feels like staying in motel. Next day left from hotel room at 10:00 am and came back at 7:00 pm. Room was still dirty. Called front staff said the cleaning crew is gone for the day and they can only provide me towels. Only one elevator was working and it was taking 20-25 minutes to go up and down of your room. This hotel need complete renovation. Don’t waste your money on your stay.
