Knight's Meats owned and operated by the Knight family originally started the business in Keysville Georgia in 1973 from which they continue to make our sausage and smoked bacon weekly just like our founder Mr. Lou. Mike Knight and daughter, Nickie Knight, have been proudly serving the CSRA and surrounding areas for over 40 years. In 2009 we brought our experience of sausage making and meat processing to Augusta to open Knight's Meats. Along with the well-known family brand of sausage we offer Pork, Beef, Chicken, a wide variety of fresh, frozen vegetables and hard to find items such as goat, lamb, etc. We Pride ourselves in providing fresh, local meats with the best customer service possible, Thank you to all our customers past, present and future.
