The Downtown Express YMCA offers wellness programs, a Cybex fitness center, free weights, personal training, saunas, and massage therapy. The facility also offers 24/7 member access for no additional fee. Heart of the Valley YMCA is 25,000 members strong serving our community through three branches in Downtown and Southeast Huntsville as well as the Hogan Y in Madison; YMCA Northwest, YMCA Southeast and YMCA Downtown Child Development Centers. We are a powerful association of men, women and children joined together by a shared commitment to nurturing the potential of kids, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility.
