We are repeat customers here, the location is perfect for visits to the Cleveland Clinic. It started out a little rough. We arrived driving and I needed to get my bags to my room. I spoke to the bellhop but he just walked right past me as if I didn't say a thing. I told the front desk clerk who took his side trying to say he was helping another guest, but I explained to her there was no reason to be completely ignored, but I said it less nice than was necessary. She went into the closet and got out another luggage cart. Being honest, she handled it the best way she could. The rest of the stay was good. I hope the remodeling gets done soon, I liked the dining area.
