Fabulous service . Needed a taxi really early . Rang up , was asked to use what's app . Requested taxi and they responded straight away . Turned up on time . Reasonable price . Great service .

Dropped an old woman off at Motel 6 then refused to pick her back up because she had too much luggage with her. The woman was left stranded at the motel with Noone to help her transport her belongings.

Terrible taxi company. Uber or Lyft can’t come to Trenton Ontario fast enough to put these guys out of business. I guess because they’re the only cab company in Trenton they think they can be as rude as they want. I had a train to catch so I called 5 days ahead of time to book a cab. The dispatcher told me they don’t pre book rides. He assured me I’d be able to get a cab on the day I needed it. It’s a twenty minute drive to the train station, and I was nervous so I called the cab 2 hours before my train departure. It’s now been over 2 hours and I’ve missed the train. The dispatcher isn’t even answering my calls any more.

In the past I have had some issues with a number of Taxi companies getting us to the airport in time to head off to vacation.. ABC Taxi was very prompt and we made it to the airport in plenty of time. The driver called us in the morning to tell us he was on his was.

I called for a New Year's Eve pick up four days prior. We were at a New Year's Eve party and wanted to make sure we had transportation afterwards. Received a call from them approx. a half hour before pick up time. They cancelled our trip with no explanation except they were very busy. They gave me the number of another taxi service which never picked up our call. A friend of ours had to call an Uber on our behalf. They literally left us stranded.
