MoreUpon checking in was told pool closed. First person said pump out, second person said its leaking, third person said new deck to hot so not allowed on it. Pool looked perfect but no could swim. Hotel is old and dated , rooms old had to put a sheet on couch to sit as it had so many stains, YUK. You could see out to hall as door didn't.. close right. Will NEVER stay there again.
MoreProbably more like a 2-½ star hotel.The hotels on the south side of the I-77/Rockside interchange are part of the first generation hotels in the area...and it's starting to show.The rooms are relatively comfy and quiet...but they really need to pay attention to the smaller details. Like getting rid of the slight traces of mold above the shower, loose tub and door handles, cleaning and patching/painting the marks and holes on the walls. Not to mention our tv screen was looking a bit blurry with no was to fix it.We stayed here back about 3 years ago, and outside of replacing/remodeling the swimming pool area, there hasn't been any noticable positive changes.Desk staff were just there -- no real dress code and no name tags. There were no extra clean towels that were available as we stayed 3 nights. If location and the Comfort/Quality Inn brand is important to you, it's still worth checking out, but dont expect much on the aesthetics side. It's overdue for a remodel.
MoreSeveral issues arose during my stay. I travel with a portable hygrometer and the humidity level in my room with the air conditioning running was between 85 and 90% and walking around barefoot. The rug actually felt like it was wet that’s how high the humidity level was. The stopper in the bathroom sink did not work as well as the bathroom fan sounding like a high-powered leaf blower. And for television system, they have an analog cable signal and high definition televisions therefore, the televisions are all blurry.. I have stayed here in the past and my stages were much more pleasant but things here seem to have gone downhill
MoreOlder rooms with brown and tan decor on walls and carpet. Dark rooms. Pool outside- cold but nicely kept. Breakfast average. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa good and available all the time. Water too. Only complaints--Day 3 we were walking out lobby and asked to have towels and garbage changed in room. Woman behind desk gave us new towels and said put garbage out door. That was rude and annoying as we were walking out. -Mattress and pillows super soft and hard to get comfortable. -No shower soap only bar soap
