This place is disgusting and it should be torn down. It's like a dank motel from a bad movie. The front door was broken, the whole place smelled like stale cigarettes and weed, and everything was stained. The lobby, the elevators, the floors, walls, mattress, everything was stained. If it wasn't snowing I would have slept in my car. Don't stay here no matter what. This place is absurdly gross.

Total dive. Don't stay here. Room reeked of cigarette smoke, all linens are stained, hot water did not work in the sink, hair dryer did not work, toilet bowl not cleaned in who knows how long, stains in the bathtub. Will never stay at an America's Best Value again.

The hotel was nasty. The rooms like are not consistent. One room has a flat screen tv with no microwave or refrigerator while another room had a 1990 box tv with a microwave and refrigerator. The comforter had cigarette burn marks even though the room was non smoking. The sheets and pillow cases has all kinds of different color stains. The floor was gross and the bathroom was even grosser. Breakfast was a joke even though I have zero intentions of eating anything. They had cereal, hot water (ran out of coffee), toast, and bananas.

This place is a dump. Dirty sheets and mold in bathroom shower area.. Due to RNConvention they upped the room rate 4 fold.. No posting of room rates on door.. If we had gotten in earlier we would have tried to find another hotel.. We had flight delays and not able to get rental car till next day.. Disgusting

I am a Head Housekeeper at another Hotel, and this place has to be the WORST HOTEL EVER!! It was DIRTY! I was afraid to take a shower in there...The linen on the bed had cigarette holes ALL OVER IT! The top blanket smelled badly! I checked for BB's (bedbugs) and thank goodness I found none cause I had spray for that! The bathroom was totally HORRIBLE! Please take the time to re-caulk, cause it looks really, REALLY BAD!! Then you have ironing boards in the room and NO IRON! Staff said no ironing privileges' but you have the board in the room??? The staff found an iron and it was burned up!! The television only had a FEW stations to watch .. The chair was totally FOUL ... STAINS EVERYWHERE!! I brought my own towels and face towel cause I don't do other people's NOTHING, I did use to step on in the shower ...I asked for a smoking room, called staff for ashtray, was told to use a cup! OVERALL IT WAS JUST BAD and I want a REFUND, but I am sure I'll NEVER GET IT! THANKS FOR A HORRIBLE STAY!!
