On July 1, 2019, I hired Special Touch Cleaners to clean our carpets (living room, dining room, family room and six steps) in our newly purchased empty house. This was new carpet installed in May...

Had to redo the carpet with my Bissel it was so bad. Contacted them to see if it could be steamed cleaned to fix; by email no reponse so far. Do not use this company. The carpet was not cleaned!...

The carpet was left dirty they told me to vacuum after it dries, What?? Just go with Stanley Steamers instead. The carpet tech was nice the only thing good.

I agree with all of the previous reviews. They don't deserve any stars at all. My house smelled so bad for days, I had a horrible headache for days! The carpet is not clean. And the worst part...

Don't really feel like my carpet is clean. It took them about 15 minutes to clean 2 good size rooms all I can smell is the god awful stuff the guy sprayed all over. Never again for this company.
