This place is not where you wanf to go. Dirty cockroaches. Receptionist does not care about anything parks in the fire lane and is rude. Roomers she steals from tennants and possobly rips the owner off leasing w out contract and tries to charge outrageouse fees for everything

Warning: Please don't bring your children here there not safe It is very unsafe for children & college students too. They withhold your USA Mail, is ambulances here all the time, elderly treated wrong

Its mostly apartments, but also sorta some hotel rooms, yes i get people leave trash around etc, but living here is great with the pool, and nice people, and nice size apartment. Its not their fault people want to leave trash everywhere .

Staff not wearing masks, outdated, hallways reek of urine, elevators and hallway floors covered with spilt beverages/sticky, discarded cigarette butts, even some needles. Massive drug activity here. Staff would rather sit and talk than ensure that the property is clean and well managed.

I don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews of this place!!? I live here with my 16 year old daughter in a 2 bedroom and it is a NICE APARTMENT!! Large bedrooms! Large living area! Nice bathroom!! Brand new appliances in kitchen. It’s rather small but does the trick! The staff is WONDERFUL!! The rent is VERY REASONABLE for it being smack dab in downtown Kent. Basic cable if free. All you pay is electric. Outside BOTH bedrooms are our very own decent sized patios you can put outdoor furniture on, We have a GORGEOUS POOL!! Nothing not to like? It looks at little old from the outside but I’m telling you! The benefits of living here are amazing!! I pay less than $750 for a two bedroom. That’s my review. I love it here! ❤️
