Awful place, can’t believe it’s called the Courtesy Inn! Would rather sle in my car in the middle of winter! So disgusting and dirty and the staff, owners are rude. Sleep in your car if you have to, not even worth 10 dollars a night!

So I stayed here and when I walked into the room, there was a major smell of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette burns on the bed, all the way down to the mattress, someone banged on my door and I had no idea who he was. The staff was very rude and curt, and I was kicked out before the 10:30 curfew. Never again

The room was dirty, nasty. Had a hot tub with a piece of plywood over top of it. I didn't even try to see if it worked. Ice machine was empty, 1 small bar of soap, no shampoo, just one little trash can. I felt like there was a hidden camera. Staff was not friendly. Checkout time is 10:00 am, but at 9:40 the owner beat on the door to let me know it was close to checkout time.

I stayed at this motel just last night. First of all I didn't notice at first that the glass to the office. I supposedly got a deal for $50. a night. I go up to my room. I opened the door to a strong urine and mold smell. I sprayed some lysol. Didn't work that well. The room was VERY Dirty!! Very Dusty!! The bed had an old blanket with worn holes. The floor had blood stains!! The walls had all worn paint coming off the wall. The curtains were only half on the window with only a couple hooks. The whole room had a musty dirty smell as well. Let's talk about the wonderful bathroom!! The walls had dirty worn paint!! There was mold around the caulking, around and under the sink, around the bottom of the sink, and the floor was very dirty and sticky... eeeeewwwwww!!!! There was black specks on the mirror... looked like mascara. The shower curtain and the tub were all stained. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was making a loud screaching!!! Shortly after that I hear a man screaming a women's name through the door of the room a couple doors down. He was kicking, punching, and hitting the door with something metal. He was screaming and acting crazy!!!! Then I think he jumped from the balcony!!! Or was pushed. I heard him screaming!!! Then I hear a bunch of African American men beating on a man, maybe the same nan, with clubs or something!!! He was screaming like someone getting killed in a horror movie!!! I heard a bunch of sirens!!! I heard policemen and they were yelling at some of the men. Then I waited about an hour. Looked out my Window. Didn't see anything. I got the f... out of there. I got my $50. back though. Whatever. Maybe I should call Hotel Impossible!!!! I think soo...
