Recent stay for college orientation and the location was convenient for us. The parking lot is small, the entire hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the hallways were dim and the hotel is in need of remodeling which it appears they may be trying to do but you still have to pay full price. Our room was dilapidated except the carpet which appeared new. Bathroom had no mirror, tub was dirty/stained, bathroom walls needed paint and only one light in the bath room was working. The light in the entry to the room did not have a switch to turn it off, I had to unscrew the bulb. There was a patch job on the ceiling that was still cracked. Breakfast offered as an amenity but they were not serving when we stayed. We will never stay here again and questioning Comfort Suite hotels because we have had other hotel issues in the past. I told the front desk this same information as we left, and we sent this same information to the chain review site but got a less than expected response. Normally I don't submit such bad reviews but we wanted to make other travelers aware.

It was a great place to stay. Customer service was amazing and the rooms were clean and cute. The location was great. There are plenty of things to do in the surrounding area from historical places to visited to shopping centers. The prices is great not too cheap and not too expensive. I would definatly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for someplace quiet. Thank you Quality Inn!

But incomplete. Seems like they forgot to do the bathroom. Older tub and tile with mold surrounding it. Shower knob stuck. Hard water stains on tile and tub. They need to move desk to another part of room. It blocks the a/c. Ceiling above sink peeling.But nice carpet and freshly done walls in the main room.

We had to ask for the moldy shower curtain to be changed and there were urine stains on the toilet that weren't cleaned the whole time we were there. The gym was a joke. I almost broke a leg when the seat on the recumbent bike slipped out and dropped a couple of times. Breakfast area was clean and food was typical. The room and linens were clean. Overall, it wasn't bad for a few nights.

An older property that is in the midst of renovation. The room I was in was updated, but the tv didn't work - the clerk came and saw me moved into another room where the cable was working. It was also updated with new decor like the first room. The parking lot had just been repaved and the lobby/breakfast area is updated and everything is clean. This is just an older place, but you get a fantastic deal. I would stay here again if I was just using it as a place to sleep as there was nothing to do on the property, no pool, etc. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
