Front desk person was very kind and helpful. He let us switch rooms when a guest adjacent to us was being incredibly loud.HOWEVER The room was disgusting there was a dark red substance in the carpet that looked like blood, there was a long curly hair in the bed, the bathroom floor tiles were not grouted in and the tile lifted up and there was tiny hairs under it. There was a COPIOUS amount of long pube like hairs covering the entire shower floor. I spent 5 minutes straight trying to wash it down the drain. The shower was also filthy with soap scum. There's no way in hell that they cleaned the bathroom. Will never stay in a sleep inn again. Basically hair EVERYWHERE and spots of blood. I spent over $124 on this room for motel quality or worse.

Absolute Nightmare – Unsafe and Unsanitary for FamiliesDo not stay here. This was an absolutely horrific experience for my family. The cleanliness and safety levels are completely unacceptable.• Disgusting Rooms: The carpet smelled strongly of urine and feces. To make matters worse, there were literal blood stains on the wall.• Filthy Bathrooms: The shower was incredibly dirty and gave off a terrible odor.• Safety Concerns: There is absolutely nothing good to say about this place. It feels completely unsafe for families. People were actively smoking weed right at the main entrance, making it a terrible environment to walk through.Avoid this place at all costs. It is a health hazard and entirely unsafe.

Again, this place did not disappoint us. We have stayed here in the past beccause it was a safe location. Also, it is clean & rates are reasonable. I love the friendly, welcoming staff*** SHANNON was front desk this time. She is so kind, outgoing and welcomed us back again! TY Shannon. Also, saw Tracy, in the kitchen, again. She's an asset to your hotel!!

I have stayed here over the past few years...but never again! The place has been in steady decline. My last stay was the worst! The toilet was nasty, the mattress needs replaced and when I complained to the front desk the person said we hear that a lot! The last morning I was planning to work from the hotel room and while I was working I got this horrific odor. I went and saw raw sewage backing up in the sink. I packed up and left. I later wrote a review that went to the hotel manager - he replied with a boilerplate response and provided no compensation. I complained to Choice Hotels and they did send me 10000 points. I responded to the hotel manager that I would like my bill to be adjusted to compensate for the fact that I had to leave early due to the raw sewage - he never responded. I sent another email 2 weeks later and again no response. My last trip I stayed at the Fairfield Inn just north of there - that was a much better experience.

This Sleep Inn is located in a quiet, park-like setting. Our check in process went well. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We really liked the walk in shower. Breakfast was the normal fare. This hotel seems to be maintained. We would stay here again.
