Very disappointing, this should not be classified as a Comfort Inn. At best, it would be average to low Quality Inn. The building and decor are tired, the concrete sidewalks are crumbling. Walking the halls feels institutional. We found out that this hotel used to be attached to a Mall that has been demolished. The water pressure is poor, probably in the bottom ten of all the hotels I have showered in. The hair conditioner was the lowest quality. The breakfast choices were minimal. There was only one working ice machine for the whole hotel. This was not worth the price they charged. There were some good points; the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the dining room was clean and maintained well. The AC worked well and the TV had cable rather than dish so the picture was clear and not pixelated. The hair shampoo was good. But, I will try a different hotel when I have to go to Alliance next year. Not their fault except not making a note on the hotel website, but we didn’t know until we arrived that the pool is closed due to a wind storm that blew in the windows in the spring of 2026. Repairs have barely started.
Morestayed here 2 (?) yrs ago. Parking lot mostly repaved. Poor lighting though.Pillows consist of 5-6 decorative type . Roundish and thick. Did not wake up with a sore neck though I repositioned and tried to flatted them during the night. Very clean including the hallways. Full length bathroom counter. Did not eat breakfast so no review.
MoreClean, quiet, good breakfast, very convenient to University of Mount Union, tons of stores & restaurants, pets accepted, great public Coastal Pet - Burnell Dog Park 1/2 mile away (behind Kohl’s) Friendly staff, great rate. Located behind massive new Meijer store. Nice large indoor pool.
MoreThere's nothing really outstanding about this hotel, but it is a nice place to get a good night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable, the AC was quiet and easy to adjust, but the hot tub has been disabled. I'd stay there again if in the area.
MoreFront desk was very helpful. The breakfast was good. The parking lot could use some attention with paving and lighting. The hotel is behind a couple of businesses which makes it harder to find after dark. The room was clean and very comfortable.
