it was truly horrible. problem, checking in, rooms smelled like smoke, alarm clock from the room, went off after midnight and I could not go back to sleep, no hot water, the room was actually put under somebody else’s name. which cause my room keys not to work

MoreI stayed at the Comfort Inn for about a week, and I can genuinely say that my experience exceeded my expectations in every way.From the beginning, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. There was a very family-oriented atmosphere, and by the end of my stay, I honestly felt more like family than just another guest. I'm used to sometimes feeling outcasted or judged, but I never felt that way here. I felt welcomed, accepted, and completely comfortable being myself, and that meant a lot to me.The service was exceptional. Everyone was polite, friendly, and approachable, and I never felt uncomfortable asking for something I needed. Any special requests or accommodations I had were handled without making me feel like I was being an inconvenience.The breakfast was phenomenal, everything was clean and well maintained, and my room was comfortable and cozy. You can tell that the people working here actually care about the experience their guests have.It's rare for me to give somewhere a true 10/10, but they earned it. The combination of excellent service, comfort, hospitality, and the way I was treated made this stay stand out.The next time I'm in town and need a place to stay, I already know where I'm going. MoreStayed here for the Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrinement. The employees at this hotel were all very nice, the bed and room were clean and comfortable, the outdoor pool was fantastic and breakfast was good too. Even the landscaping was great. Well managed property!
MoreThe place was run down and dirty. Would never book with a Comfort Dump INN again. We tried switching hotels but they were completely sold out and had no availability.
