tripadvisorJust really unhappy with this place. They did not tell us there is ongoing construction and the handicap parking is shut down and my wife is handicapped. The doors on the ends of the buildings are supposed to be locked but the locks are missing. The beds are too low in the handicap rooms. The sinks have microscopic counters. And this is the worst sound proofed hotels I have ever seen. And they put us next to the pools. Plus drunks were outside out room (outside the hotel) talking loudly for 2-3 hours. Kids were jumping up and down on the floors and the people in the next room were loud. IF the was any soundproofing, this would not have been an issue.
MoreLaVenna Jackson is phenomenal! She took care of us the entire stay. All of the front desk staff were very nice.
MoreThe hotel was clean, modern & spacious. They were doing remodeling but it was still clean & well maintainedThere Th
MoreI stayed at this hotel (Fairfield by Marriott on Broadmoor Circle, Canton, Ohio) for two nights over the Easter weekend, early April 2026, and had a great experience. I was greeted by a kind and welcoming front office rep, which I appreciated after a long and exhausting day with my husband at the Cleveland Clinic. She made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay a restful one. (Getting food for me, syncing my phone to WiFi because I’m not good at that kind of thing, and moving me from a first to a third floor room for a quiet stay because there was a pool party on the first floor.) When I got home, I read some recent reviews on this site and had to double check the address to make sure I had the right hotel. I found everything to be clean, the breakfast area was immaculate and well stocked (with plenty of options for my vegan way of eating), my bed was comfortable and I was happy with my stay. It appears that maybe there was some recent renovation/remodeling being done and that was reflected in the comments. When I stayed, everything was lovely.
MoreOMG. Drove up, and the first bad sign is the stack of mattresses (!) in the parking lot. The front door is a demolition and construction zone and the lobby was torn up and not usable. The breakfast was in an area that was being used for storage. The whole place is simply terrible and should not even be open. How does Marriott allow this?
