Yum Caramel’s were my favorite! Cashews & peanuts were pretty good too! Ladies were so friendly & helpful. A Must when in Canton

I have been getting Heggy's candy for over 60 years and have loved every piece. I went to the Alliance store this week to get candy wonderful, wonderful, candy. The first Heggy's I would have in 3 years. I was so disappointed. First, half of the cases were empty (out of milk chocolate), second the size of each piece had diminished considerably. The individual wrapped pieces were approximately a size of a quarter these were the size of a nickel. The fillings were not as good as before. I was so disappointed and now I can no longer tell all my friends here in Cincinnati that Heggy's is so much better than Ester Price candy.

My sister sent us a box of Ben Heggy’s chocolates for Christmas. Best candy ever the nuts were fresh and the Carmel’s wonderful the chocolate is the best tasting. My son loved them so I purchased him a 3lb box. We live in Florida and will continue buying these chocolates on a regular basis! Best ever!!! Thank you

Heggy's appears to be meeting the current health standards. They have a limit to the number of people in the store, and have marks on the floor to show social distancing. You no longer pick your own chocolates, but rather work with one of the staff, telling her which ones and how many you want. And of course their usual great roasted nuts!

This little place is full of candy and nuts that you choose, bag and weigh. Everything is the same price, a bit steep but arguably worth it, especially the caramels. Another favorite is the chocolate brownie filled candy.Staff members are great - visit every time I'm passing through downtown Canton.
