Our view and seats in the loge was good, The acoustics were terrible The air conditioning was poor. Two late attendees came to front row without usher you could tell they snuck into their seats,Venue is not handicap assessable and there are no elevators.Robin trower was ok he didn’t sing at all, The warm up band was okHave been here in the past and it was. Ok but our seats were on the floor

This nearly 100 year old gem made an excellent venue for a concert. John Waite was awesome, but the Taft was a neat experience in it's own right. Not a bad seat in the place, friendly and helpful staff. This is building has a ton of character.

Three very different events in five days in 2025, two of which the female ushers were disruptive and downright nuts. Check in is great, but they need to train or fire their ushers. Unnecessarily and unproportionately aggressive & hostile. Really detracted from the guest experience. I've been to hundreds if not thousands of events and NEVER experienced such unprofessional, unhappy, ushers!!

Great venue great location. Beautiful building loved it walking distance from most downtown restaurants and hotels.

Love these old theaters! It’s been well maintained. We had some issues with a couple that wanted to stand and block people’s view. Thought there was going to be a fight with several people around us. Not sure if added ushers would have helped or not.
