Room was dirty (peanuts in the corner, hair in the sheets, toothpaste on the wall). The room was dated and the towels smell like mildew. Great location, but much better hotels to choose from in the area.

MoreWe got so lucky finding a room during the convention. Hazel at the front desk was heaven sent and so sweet after a long day of travel and work events.
MoreWe went to our room which was propped open. Suspiciously we checked the room and called front desk. She blamed the maid but later found out that the fan in the room was there because employees use the room to smoke in -odor was apparent. Also, TV remote did not work and worst of all the shower did not work - we had to go to another room to shower. The general manager, Emory Williams, never came to the phone or returned emails. He should not have this job.
