Came in for a gel manicure and it was just awful. I paid and tipped and decided to go back in the next morning to see if they would fix it. The polish change was an improvement, but the mani is still subpar. It’s been 3 days and the polish is already lifting. Poor polish application, non existent cuticle work, overall bad experience. I also was told I was very difficult when I pointed out two areas that needed taken care of. You can see the polish pooling on my ring finger in one of the photos - I asked her to clean that up before curing and I guess that was too much. The skill level does not match the price they are charging for the service. I’ve had better gel manis at cosmetology schools. The place was clean and decent selection of colors to pick from. I won’t be back.

I LOVED IT!The nails techs we so nice and friendly I went with a simple withe French tip what the absolutely nailed it However the prices were a bit pricey but I still loved it going back! And can not wait they have so many colours to chose. It was so relaxing and calm in there I would recommend to all my family and friends but I will just add a tip make the French tip a bit thicker but apart from that my nails have never looked better I can not stop yapping about how good they look. worst nails i have ever received, they gave me a glass of squash (juice) but i saw them spitting in it before handing it over too me. the woman “janice” had about 70 cigarettes within our session, ( or 100 ), and she kept of wafting the smoke in my face, what was very rude. janice also had nits, so when the nits fell out her hair, she would wacky me in the face with her crusty hands. when i got home from my appointment not only did i have nits, but on my bekini i saw flees from her dirty pet cat (poosay), who was purring in the corner of the shed. ( where the appointment was )

On November 29, I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure with Posh Nails in Indiana. And I would like to come on December 1st, but now they don’t even reply to me. I heard from my friend that the service here is very good, but it really let me down. It seems like the customer service here is not as good as people said. I can’t wait for them to reply to my email so I have to make an appointment with another store. I think everyone should consider this before coming here to experience the service. Hopefully, they can change the way they serve in the future

This salon was dirty,crowded and the nail tech was rushed and rough. His own nails were even dirty. I had an appointment and dried my nails longer than he said but the polish still smeared and the mani didnot even last a week Prices keep increasing. Will not returnhis own nails
