I just have to say the customer was great upon signing up. I called and asked about the Premier level and the young gentleman on the phone was happy to go over the pricing and benefits. We went over my options and because I am part of Active and Fit Direct, I am still able to visit other locations so, it didn’t make sense for me to pay and additional $25 a month. As for the gym itself, I have to say it was nice and cool the day I decided to work out. There was a gentleman walking around constantly cleaning each machine. I get it guys; the space is extremely limited and you want as many people to work out in such a limited space but the machines are wayy too close to each other. There are some cons to this gym…. The music is too loud, basic membership can’t take classes, no showers and not enough sanitizing stations. Its in a great location; Starbucks, Clarks Nutrition, (Kinda like Sprouts) Fo-Yo (Frozen yogurt), Taiwanese food and a pizza spot.
