This place is a complete rip-off, owner called after my first visit to demand extra $50 because she claimed her employee gave me something more than what I paid for, so I paid the extra only to check my receipt and realized I was never credited for my birthday gift card worth $100. Asked about it and had to physically go back to salon to prove it, show her my receipt and was begrudgingly given another gift card with stipulation it must be used within 6 months or it would be revoked, so tried to use it today but woke up feeling very sick so I called to let the business know I wasn't going to able to come in, so they could serve someone else, only to be rudely told that she was applying reservation cancelation fee equal to the amount of my $100 gift card. The most unprofessionallt run operation I've ever experienced . Do not waste your time and money here.

My hairstylist did a great job giving me a perm. I was afraid it was going to turn out like the perm I got several years ago. Today is day two and I am still loving my curly hair. However when I was about to pay for the service the woman at the front desk immediately ran to the display counter and picked up 3 items and handed it to me. She was too aggressively pushy for me to buy the products which took me back. I purchased 2 out of the 3 which were very pricey!! without disclosing how much the perm was, she asked me if I was going to tip for the service.. Of course I always tip. So after I paid for the perm and products she just handed me the items. I figured she would have placed them in a bag but no I had to asked for one. I would go back to get my hair done again by Mr. Rivera but hopefully not have the same experience with this woman.

Genesis who just started there a few weeks ago deserves all the praise ! My hair looks she said she’s been doing hair for 17 years and it shows . She has mastered the balayage ❤️ Go to her for all your color needs :) Also great service all around . I’m am never disappointed when I leave this place .
