There is nothing newly renovated about this hotel. The lobby smells. The carpets throughout are filthy and stained. The room looked as if it hasn't been properly cleaned in years. The bathroom water pressure was inadequate. The whole place is just cringe worthy. The sheets on the bed and pillows were clean. There was zero WiFi. The hot foods on the breakfast bar (powdered eggs, over cooked sausage links, and undercooked hash browns) and the coffee were inedible. The one working elevator was janky and didn't stop even with the hotel floors. Would not stay here ever again.

Good hotel! Free breakfast and free shuttle to airport, good customer service! Morning front desk stuff was great! This hotel close to airport, just 5 minutes away... Room was clean, everything was fine!!!

DIRTY,DIRTY,DIRTY!!!!! I would give this hotel a negative 20 stars if possible. My company sent 25 people here and we all had similar problems. Dirty, uncleaned rooms and rude desk clerk!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. The hotel across the street is much better.

this lady at the front was very rude to me and my family. since the very beginning she had an awful aptitude and i asked her about the elevator being out of order she answered me rudely and i repeated the question and she told me she didn't know and stopped attending me and after asking one more time she told me to shut up and pointed at me to leave her face. i wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the horrible customer service

Run down, dirty, spills, stains, gross bathroom, clogged drains, banged up dingy furniture, threadbare chair with something goopy on the side. I can’t believe how bad this hotel was. And it wasn’t even inexpensive!
