I had a pleasant stay at this property. The staff were all kind and exceptional. Shoutout to Rachel for providing excellent service at the bar!

RACHEL at the front desk was extremely friendly, polite and professional. A real sweetheart. Definitely an asset to Marriott.

I stayed here in Aug for business trip. Never ever ever stay here. My couch had a giant white spot. Bathroom was dirty with hair stuck to the shower wall. Enjoy the pics. I complained to front desk, they didn’t care at all. Offered “bonus points” which never hit my account. One woman at front desk was as rude of a person I’ve ever met in that position. Avoid at all costs. I have Titanium and this is the worst Bonvoy experience. Makes me consider jumping to IHG or another competitor.

In town two nights to see The Fever. This has been a good place to get out early the morning after.

The customer service and people that work here are so rude. The bartender is rude. We had 12 families stay here together and every family had the same experience. Nobody ever cleaned any of our rooms. When a few of the families called to have their trash emptied and fresh towels they were rude and just brought a giant trash can for them to do it theirselves. 4 of our families had their cars broken into and windows smashed on two different nights out of our 4 night stay. The rooms are so small you can’t even walk around in them because they are all King with pull out couches instead of two double beds. The rooms are dirty and gross, outdated, no maid service, tiny crowded rooms, workers are all rude and act like they hate their job. Worst hotel and will advice usavb take this off their list for families to stay.
