I knew I was in trouble when the front desk clerk greeted me with grease stains on her sweatshirt (not branded either). The lobby area is clean and smells good but that is where the good stops. The hallway and rooms are dirty, dingy and the carpets and room furniture are in urgent need of deep cleaning or replaced. The toilet was okay but hairs on bathroom floor. Room smelled extremely musty which made EVERYTHING smell musty. Trash throughout outside parking lot, leaves not blown or cleared, and there is a homeless gentleman that clearly sleeps in the woods in front parking lot. Watch out for raccoons near parking. I have lost faith in the Courtyard brand.

Terrible experience overall. WiFi did not work from 5pm day of check-in until after 9 the next day. Checked out early and left. No one mentioned an early departure fee at the time of checkout. When I pointed it out to the clerk, he assured me it would be taken care of by management. Days later I called back to tell them about the problem, and they just told me to wait longer. Still, the hotel will not refund it. As a Titanium member this is a terrible way to treat your most loyal customers. I will be looking outside the Marriott brands for future stays.

Room was dirty, including hair on the bathroom floor. Beds were very worn and bedding was substandard. Out of order signs on the pool, ice machine and a fire exit. I would not stay here again

I travel every week for work and chose this hotel for a family trip. I’ve never been more disappointed. I tried talking to several people who work there and they had zero care or customer service. The indoor pool is NOT heated. The website says it is, it is NOT. This was confirmed by the front desk attendant. We chose this hotel specifically for the kids to swim and they couldn’t because it was sitting at 65 degrees. The Bistro is supposed to be open for dinner, the lights were off and no one working both weekend nights we were there. I shared my concerns with the front desk who shrugged their shoulders and took down my name so their manager could call me next week. We did end up finding out someone was “working” at the bistro. It was the lady sitting at a table watching a show on her phone and playing on her laptop (with AirPods in her ears). I also made a complaint that our room smelled very damp, like mildew/musty. Again, I was met with an “oh, ok”. The last straw after many complaints was that I asked the front desk for a complimentary bottle of water, which the website of this hotel says it offers, and I was told I could buy one in their market but they would not give me one complimentary. I thought at least for the several downfalls they’d provide one bottled water. I was wrong. Must be pretty hard times… It’s so sad to see the lack of care and customer service. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone stay there.
