Great food, great staff. 2nd to none.

We have used 5 Guys Transportation twice now. The service is absolutely wonderful. They are easy to work with. The drive was early to pick up us both times, which we appreciated. There was great communication. The drivers are always super kind, chat with us, welcome us home. It is well worth it to bypass the parking lot and airport shuttle, especially with kids and luggage. We traveled with 5 family members this time and 6 last time, plus all our luggage. The driver always helps load and unload the luggage. The drive itself was smooth and the van was comfortable. We definitely will use this service again.

We have used 5 Guys many times and have been satisfied. However, yesterday at 11:45 no one was at the airport to pick up us up. We called and waited for 40 to 45 minutes. We have heard nothing this morning from them. No apology, no explanation, etc.

5 guys was absolutely the best pickup experience we have had in KC. The driver was prompt, courteous and professional. We have seen the vans driving around before but never used them. We will now!!! Thanks for the help and ride!!! MPOK

Tried their hamburger with mustard only so that I can taste the meat. What a dissapointment. The meat was tasteless. They may use top grade beef but with no taste whatsoever. The fries were good but that's it. Will not return EVER.
