I threw a dart, never used a car service and from start to finish, beyond happy. The sales staff made sure I had the car I needed, with the room I needed, They answered all my questions, gave me both text and email reminders about where the driver was and how long I had before he would be arriving. Now to the driver, James Fulton, downtown was nuts, traffic stalled everywhere, I was assured by James, I would not miss my arrival time. James kept me moving towards my destination until we arrived, not waiting for this guy. I called James as discussed 30 minutes before I needed him. It was crazy in the streets as everyone was leaving at the same time. James kept me on the phone as I wanted to walk to him because no one was going to get close to the venue. James had a lit sign in the windshield and as soon as I was in the car he worked his magic to get me safely back to my hotel. Start to finish, I was impressed. I would use them again and James would be my driver. Thank you all again.
