tripadvisorThis is a beautiful cathedral and well worth seeing. I feel that this is the best sight in the city of Fort Wayne. There is quite a bit of parking if you arrive sometime other than when there are church services. During services it is very difficult to park in this small midtown parking area. There is no charge to get in.
MoreAttended a wedding service. Came a bit early to observe and experience. First thing to stand out was the stations of the Cross- very detailed and large. Some of the nicest I've seen. Similar feel to it as a cathedral in Europe. Nice to see the tabernacle front and center on the alter and the use of incense and a bit of Latin in the service. Nice museum next door with several relics including first class as well as examples of older crosiers and a monstrance from the 1800's that was very pretty and intricate.
MoreBeautiful setting for Mass. Worth wandering around and looking after service. The Sat & Sun evening services last for about an hour. Parking is good.
MoreIs stunning. Holy is the only appropriate word. Come in and pray in peace and beauty. Had no idea of her history, but this is a remarkable spot in her honor.
MoreWe go to Mass everytime we are on vacation. Beautiful Church. NOT very welcoming congregation. They definetely don't care for out of towners. Made us appreciate our home church.
