I am a bit in a dilemma as to “extra debit charges” found in a statement from my bank. And I wonder if this has been inadvertently done by ParkWest.I was on the cruise Brilliance of Seas sailed from Athens 5th-12th October. During this time I won a price of a free print of a painting. For this I was asked to pay USD35 as shipping charge to an address in USA. All related pictures are attached.Now, strangely there was no debit of 35 USD over the following days, instead there was an huge amount of USD369.30 debited on my credit card on Oct13th.

I went on a cruise with my family through, Royal Caribbean cruise liner. Of course, they lure you into the gallery offering you free champagne and a chance to buy supposedly valued artwork. My sister and I were hustled into buying two Thomas Kindcade lithographs we kept telling the associate we were going to think about it. Of course in the end I signed for the total invoice. After looking online to actually see how much the lithographs were worth, it was a fraction of the price that we paid for them. They over inflated the cost thinking we were getting a good deal. I don't even know if they are real. I would have to pay money in order to get the appraised at a reputable gallery. It's so sad how this company hustles people into buying these prints. I am writing this review to help people from not making the same mistake I did. Please stay away from Park West Gallery they are fraudsters that care nothing about the customer only about making a fast buck.

My wife and I are ex-patrons of Park West of 10 years and bought over 2 dozen pieces of art from the company believing they were honest. But at our last on land auction in Dallas we purchased several pieces of art and received all but one piece of art by Kre8 we never received after at least 12 months. We called customer service several times and we always told to wait. My wife called again and the sales person asked if we would like to cancel the order and she told them yes and we wanted a refund. She was told no refund only a credit! What... that is our money what company in America will not refund your money when you do not receive your merchandise? We made several calls to try and get our refund but to no avail. We finally decided to go to an auction in Dallas and purchase a piece of art with the credit and be done with Park West. when we got to the auction we told the sales rep what we wanted and were told very quickly that we could not use our credit OUR MONEY that way. There was a 20% rule, you could only use credit in the amount of 20% of the purchase price of the new art work, in other words $5000 art you can only apply $1000 of your credit YOUR MONEY to purchase. Again who in America runs their business this way? Then if you have any credit left over you are told it will remain in your account and can be used later. After two months we went on-line and found art the we wanted to buy and be done with Park West. When we checked our account it was empty. We again called sale reps and were told IF YOU DO NOT USE IT YOU LOSE IT. WHAT THAT IS MY MONEY not Park West money. We finally found a lady that did refund our balance. Finally if you are elderly as we are and call Park West about buying some of THEIR art work back they inform you to call an on-line broker BIG RED FLAGS. RUN AWAY FROM PARK WEST. This is a true story from an ex-patron of 10 years.

My husband and I attended the art auctions aboard the Norwegian Sun cruise ship during our Baltic Cruise. We found the blind auction portion to be particularly fun and secured a few art works as a result of the great pricing. Siobhan Kehoe, Nikola Novakovic and the entire gallery team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Park West Gallery during our cruise and greatly appreciate the team's expertise and hard work!

We met Jason on the Royal Caribbean Legend of the seas and he was great. He meticulously explained to use and helped us acquiring some of the finest paintings on board. Well done Jason and keep up your good work, parkwest should be proud of you. Well done. We will surely return to your gallery
