tripadvisorI was on the celebrity reflection cruise during a NurseCon conference and I went to the Park West Galleries on board. There my friends and I met Albert B, Leandri T, Zoey S, Tristan A, and Justin C. I am not a rich person, but I love art. This whole team greeted everyone with a smile, dignity and respect. it was such a great experience that I bought a beautiful piece of art. I will forever remember the great service I got while on board and can't wait to get my art in the mail!! Thanks, everyone! You are what teamwork looks like. See you next year! - Courtney Hansen
MoreThe Park West team on Royal Caribbean’s Jewel of the Seas is absolutely amazing! Sarah Frost, Denise Grotto, and the rest of the team in the art department were fabulous. The collections of artwork were stunning. I have never been an art person but the first day walking through the ship I ended up walking through the art gallery by chance. I saw a piece I liked and Sarah was right there to tell me all about it. She gave me the run down on events happening during the week and answered a ton of my questions. Day after day I would walk through to look and eventually found out the piece had sold. I was so disappointed. I decided to go to the art auction on the last day and man, I’m so glad I went. It was SO much fun! Sarah was the auctioneer and WOW. She did such an amazing job. It was serious, it was funny, it was captivating. It was just all around a really good time. I didn’t know what to expect from an art auction but it exceeded anything and everything I could have expected. Sarah handled the stage and the audience like the Boss Lady that she is, and Denise was right there doing anything and everything all at once. Both Denise and Sarah were so kind the entire week. They had no idea if I was going to buy something or not but they were so patient and so understanding with all my questions and all my extensive indecisiveness. They didn’t rush me or just brush me off and go to the next person. They listened and they took their time and tried to help me as much as they could. It honestly really opened my eyes to the appreciation of art in a way I had never really taken the time to look at before. I ended up purchasing a few pieces that I LOVE (my first ever pieces of art) and cannot wait for them to arrive. Thank you so much Sarah and Denise! You both are wondering humans
MoreI recently found that PW had double-billed me for shipping on 2 pieces I had purchased. Got a couple of nonsense excuses and I asked for a supervisor to contact me. So far, no supervisor has contacted me despite multiple emails saying I'd be contacted. So buyer beware - check invoices CAREFULLY as these charges were carefully hidden.
MoreI attended one of the art auctions while sailing on the Celebrity Silhouette in January this year, where I purchased what was described as a mystery lot of 3 paintings which (when turned around) we were told had a value of $1,800, then to make it seem even better two more paintings were added to the lot. I liked the package and bid the asking price of $375. I paid a total of $545 to include appraisals and shipping. However when the parcel arrived (perfectly packed to be honest) there were only 4 of the 5 pieces of art and all four have a Park West appraisal value of $90. Therefore I ended up paying a total of $545 for what the company themselves value at $360 - when remember - the auctioneer said the value was $1,800 - just for the first 3. Either the missing piece is worth about $1,500 or we were lied to!
MoreDO NOT PURCHASE FROM PARK WEST!!! I bought some art on Harmony of the Seas in October 2025. FedEx delivered one of the pieces with obtaining a signature and left it outside. Unfortunately, the artwork was stolen. Start the Park West drama! I called immediately to inform them of the situation. I don’t think they could’ve been less concerned with my situation. They took the report to start a claim, but I NEVER heard back from them. I’ve called several times trying to get an update, but every time it seems I’m bothering them and I get the run around! It is now February!! I will NEVER purchase anything from Park West Gallery again! I’ve been on a cruise since then and didn’t step foot in the auction. It’s not like I was buying $100-$200 items. I purchased $15K at the last auction! Their loss.
