While the actual service is fine, I do NOT recommend. I canceled my membership in November 2024 yet I am still being charged $80 a month. I have contacted them asking for this to be corrected and refund the charges. I was told it would be corrected three times. Manager or Franchisee has yet to contact me. I have given this ample time to be corrected. This is fraud.
MoreThe place is spacious and serene but just depends on who you get whether I enjoy my massage and/or if they hit the proper spots for me to enjoy it.
MoreIn town for a couple of days for business and all of this travel has wreaked havoc on my body. I use massage envy at home so I called this one and they said they could get me in today. Villa was my therapist , and she was amazing. If you like deep tissue massage, I highly recommend her. I get a weekly massage but my shoulders and neck have not felt this relaxed in ages. She has the strong magic fingers that are meant to destroy your knots.
