I can’t believe how this hotel handled A bedbug infested room they put me in and I also find it disgusting that Delta has any kind of business relationship with them.I am extremely disappointed with how this Marriott has handled a confirmed bedbug situation during our stay. After waking up finding bug beds, crawling on us….I called the front desk and asked for the manager on duty to come to the room so I could show them the bedbugs I have caught in the sugar plastic wrap.We were moved to another room,But our luggage and belongings had already been exposed,After taking a shower cause I felt completely disgusted and there was very little communication through management. I continued down to the front desk and ask them why they weren’t taking proper precautions..Like putting our belongings and luggage in plastic bags before moving us to our new room or providing us with laundry service to dry the clothes that could be tried on high heat for 30 minutes. I also asked them to start a formal documentation. The hotel told me that they had no formal documentation and she continued to take notes on a white 8 x 10 piece of paper.I was so concerned about potentially spreading bedbugs that I did not feel comfortable taking our exposed luggage through an airport and onto an airplane. Instead, I rented a car and drove home. This created an additional expense, added travel time, and completely changed our plans.I ultimately threw away all of my luggage along with belongings that could not safely be put through the dryer. These were my personal belongings that I had to replace because of something that happened during my hotel stay. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of response from management. I have made repeated attempts to contact hotel management and have not received a response. This wasn’t simply an unpleasant hotel stay. It resulted in significant stress, additional expenses, lost belongings, changed travel arrangements, and concern about bringing bedbugs into our home or spreading them to others.I expected far more from a Marriott property, particularly when dealing with something this serious. At this point, I am incredibly disappointed that after everything we went through, management has not even had the courtesy to respond.

This property is conveniently situated among apartments and retail spaces. We were greeted and treated very warmly by Olivia. She provided helpful recommendations for dining and local attractions, which enhanced our stay. Our two-queen room was spacious and included a desk, chair, and an additional seating area. The bathroom was large and featured a shower/tub combination with strong water pressure and consistent hot water. The room also included a closet with an iron, ironing board, luggage rack, and hairdryer. There is a Starbucks located within the hotel for food and beverages. Within walking or short driving distance, there are several dining options, including Jimmy John's and Leo's Coney Island, which is open 24 hours. A Walmart is also nearby for any essentials you may need during your stay.Communication with the front desk was challenging at times. Aside from Olivia, our interactions with other staff members were less than ideal. Housekeeping came to our room at 8:45 a.m., and we asked them to return later. We left the room at approximately 10:45 a.m. and also notified the front desk, but when we returned at 5:00 p.m., the room had not been serviced. We were eventually able to receive fresh towels later that evening. The following night, we called the front desk to request tissues. After more than 10 rings with no answer, we went downstairs and were told they were out of tissues but that some would be delivered to our room. More than 20 minutes passed without delivery. When I called again, a different employee answered and assured me they would arrive within 20 minutes, which they did.Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but communication and follow-through from some staff members could be improved. Olivia was exceptional and truly stood out for her professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness.

The internet was trash. Tried to connect my Xbox to the internet, it wasn't working. Tried to watch Amazon prime, internet wasn't working for it. They did not have complimentary toothbrushes which was crazy to me. Also, why is the mirror and sink OUTSIDE the bathroom? Makes no sense to me. The patio door doesn't even open all the way. As expensive as this hotel is you would think it'd be better.

Mrs. Clarissa Smothers GM we recently had to stay at your Marriott courtyard on Mercury Dr., March third through March 6. My husband and I and I came in to make arrangements for my uncle‘s funeral. The first two days were on Marriott Bonvoy Points of above 43,000. The second two days we’re on a charge card add at reduce rate because my daughter is part of the Marriott corporation. We were so busy making arrangements for my uncles funeral we didn’t ask to move rooms due to the inconvenience. We always stay at Marriott and find that normally it is very comfortable. I have some complaints. There was a leak in the back of the commode where you were always slipping unless you put towels down. Black mold in the shower round the handle part tub and shower were never completely cleaned. Extremely dirty carpeting in room 114 the heater would never heat up the room. It kept turning off. By the time we left for home I was extremely sick and could barely talk. The weather was cold, damp and rainy and we had very little heat. It was very uncomfortable to get a good night sleep.SincerelySandra *****Well this lady GM brushed off my complaints like they never happened!Sent from my iPhone

The rooms were clean and spacious, the property well maintained, and everyone we encountered was very pleasant. The best part of the stay, and the main reason I am writing this review, was the quick assistance of the afternoon front desk manager when we had an unexpected health issue. Unfortunately I did not get his name, but it was a Saturday evening around 10:00 when the event occurred. Thank you sir, I will always remember you for the kindness you showed us!
