I travel frequently for business, and this was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable, and well maintained. Every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made me feel truly welcome from check-in to check-out.A special thank you to the manager for leading such an outstanding team and maintaining such high standards. It is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chattanooga, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again. We took a trip traveling from Texas to Virginia stopping along the way there and back. This hotel was WONDERFUL!!! It was the best by far! So nice! Highly recommend! I wish we could stayed longer. We also ate at Acropolis really close to the hotel which was also wonderful!

First time visiting Chattanooga, TN, really had a great stay! This Hampton Inn was very convenient all around, with easy access to I-75, and very close to CHA Airport (right off Route 153, I took the Shallowford Road exit). It's also pretty much right next to the Hamilton Place Mall for food options and shopping. I visited the Tennessee Aquarium in downtown, very cool. I wanted to walk on the Walnut Street Bridge, however it is closed for construction. However you can still walk on the Market Street Bridge (right next to the Aquarium) and take a nice angled-picture of it on the other side of the river. I highly recommend visiting Rock City as well, just over the border on the GA side. Also if you're into trails, definitely recommend visiting the Reflection Riding Arboretum, Booker T. Washington State Park and Enterprise South Nature Park. Also definitely eat at Uncle Larry's as well! I've enjoyed my stay and appreciated the Market Street Bridge with Lookout Mountain as the back-drop in downtown Chattanooga on my first full day. These locations are easy to get to from the Hampton Inn, the hotel itself was great. Several food options as well if needed in and around the Mall. I had stayed on the 6th floor and had a nice view from my room (it's located at the top of a hill). I really wanted to thank Ray at the Front Desk. He had kept me updated and gave me options when I first stopped in (my room wasn't ready yet). When it was ready, he even let me know which coffee was freshly brewed in the Lobby. I very much appreciated that, it was a great start for spending my vacation in Chattanooga....

Traveling thru the area we have stayed at this Hampton Inn location multiple times. It was always nice but has even been renovated! Very clean, good friendly service and nice breakfast area.

This hotel looked so nice but when we checked in, my wife noticed diarrhea down the side of toilet. Also, when we laid down, the sheets didn’t smell clean and smelled like someone had slept in the beds and the sheets were not changed. When I woke up, my throat was sore and a couple days later, I tested positive for Covid! In addition to this, a couple days later my wife and daughter, who also stayed at this hotel, became sick with Covid and you guessed it, we all had diarrhea! It’s been two weeks and we are all still sick, so our vacation was cancelled and ruined.
