We stayed here overnight before an early flight to Europe for a family holiday. Check-in was very friendly, and the lobby was spacious and welcoming, much like many airport hotels in the States.The upstairs corridors could do with a refresh, but our room was a decent size and perfectly comfortable for a short stay.We had dinner at the hotel’s Rimrock Bar & Grill, which was surprisingly good and better than expected.With a very early flight the next morning, we appreciated the airport shuttle being punctual and hassle-free.Overall, the hotel served its purpose very well. A convenient and comfortable choice for an overnight stay before an early flight.

We had a wonderful and restful stay, it made convenient and easy that we were able to drop our rental car off the night before and use the shuttle.

After many years of being a Diamond Member & staying at this hotel frequently, we have decided not to return.No more appetizers, or breakfast.The shuttle stops running to terminal 3 at night, but they don’t tell you that in advance.Very poor customer service.

I was surprised at how nice this airport hotel is. The property is well maintained and attractive. The rooms were a surprise. Very spacious and very functional. Lots of counter space which is so often lacking. Great room darkening curtains in good shape along with very effective HVAC unit. Refrigerator, microwave, even a nightlight in the bathroom that is perfect, not too bright. The mattress needs to be replaced as I woke with a backache both nights. Restaurant has very limited menu but what they have is good. Front desk were all nice, Katrina was especially helpful. Nice pool and convenient shuttle to airport. I was disappointed that there is absolutely nothing around the hotel so you need to Uber everywhere is you don't have a car.
