I was taken care of by Toni and she was great. she straightened out my account which was messed up then she showed me around and was very helpful with all, and always had a smile on her face. great lady. that what you want to see in the morning. the only thing I was disappointed with was they do not take the Silver Sneaker which is for seniors..

Donovan Hubbard was really helpful on telling me all about the different tanning beds, and products. I see him cleaning when there is no one at the desk. He is always smiling, and he knows his job very well. He is by far one of the best employees at Planet Fitness. He is always there and is willing to help you out with a positive attitude. You need more employees like him! Thanks Donovan!!

Toni is one of the best employees I have experienced at Planet Fitness. She is almost always there and always has a positive attitude and jokes around while still getting her job done. She helped me out with a mess up with my account and she was very efficient.

I was told they don’t accept Silver Sneakers ( a program for senior citizens which allows them to use fitness centers across the country without charge) but DO accept AARP and Humana active memberships. When I presented the staff with the required documents, they refused to accept them, rather they wanted to charge me for using the fitness center. I walked out.
