Awful. They are a 1st come 1 serve operation. They sent our 9:30 bus out at 9:20 with people on way later busses.They kept pointing the finger at Carnival but the ticket clearly states Carnival is NOT responsible. It is totally the vendor. Pending traffic, since it take an hour round trip to LGB from Port Long Beach, we are at least an hour later than planned.We are going to the airport for God's sake!!!!Horrible.

Used metro shuttle service from the Miami cruise terminal to a hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Was quoted one price. Then after we agreed they raised the price. The van pulled up and you could smell the hot brakes. The driver drove 84 MPH in a 60 MPH on the highway. I was watching his speed on an app on my phone because i could tell he was driving wreckless. Other passengers were also making comments about his driving. Tailgating the whole time. Weaving in and out of traffic. After he dropped off the first couple he tried to back out of the side street onto a busy main street (A1A) on Hollywood beach. Doing 55MPH in a 35MPH while people are walking and riding bikes around. Doing more tailgating and Weaving. The passenger van we were in needed some serious maintenance. Was making a lot of noise. A mechanic in our group said it sounded like a carrier bearing. Then before we got dropped off he missed his turn then did a u turn on a busy street (Federal highway) cutting people off. Then getting dropped off was told a third price. I wish I got the drivers name as I'm sure they are not all like him. He has no business driving passengers. It was the scariest ride I've ever taken. After riding with him, I now understand why his brakes were smelling so hot when he got there.

We were quoted one price to go from Miami Cruise Port to Miami airport and the wait would be 5 to 7 minutes. Then the price went up as they told us all shuttles were full and they would have to wait for one to get in the Port. Finally after waiting for about 25 minutes they said they had a car for us. While enroute then they quoted an even higher price, which was double what they told us in the Port and demanded payment immediately. They knew after all of the hassle we would all just pay the higher price to get there and be done with their shenanigans. Don't trust them. Find a different company more reliable and honest.

Very nice to have some rail public transit in this very densely-populated city. The Metro system does not go everywhere but does provide some service that is downtown-focussed.

Found out about this service while asking for directions. Nice clean, smooth ride. The security was very helpful in answering questions about surrounding area.
