Smoker's Express was a decent tobacco shop. I stopped in here for a few to check it out while waiting for my Lucky 7 take-out order to be ready, and I really liked the place. Smelled nice inside...

They sell defective products without a box. No receipts or exchange. Poor customer service and under new manangement does not excuse everything negative thing. Go elsewhere if you want quality...

Extremely rude male clerk tonight refused to return a defective smoke catcher that I had for one day and broke within the first hour. I am familiar with the product and suspect it is a fake....

Is the best smoke shop in Michigan, they have the best prices and they are so friendly .

Last time I went in there the clerk was really rude! He wouldn't stop talking and was telling the customers to hurry up. I won't shop there anymore. They should fire him.
