L & R Homes, Inc. Family-owned custom home builder serving Rochester Hills and Metro Detroit's most desirable communities since 1973. For over 50 years, L&R Homes has stayed true to its founding ideology: attention to detail and hands-on management on every project. We specialize in new construction, building thoughtfully designed spec homes on sought-after sites throughout the area — from the European-inspired estates of Falcon Estates to the spacious ranch, split-level, and colonial floor plans of Pine Woods (built by our affiliate, Town Properties, LLC). Every home is delivered move-in ready, pairing time-honored craftsmanship with the cutting-edge amenities and overall value today's buyers are looking for. Whether you're searching for a home that's move-in ready now or interested in what's coming next, our team is happy to walk you through current availability and answer any questions about the building process. 2490 Walton Boulevard, Suite 103, Rochester Hills, MI (248) 656-8830 [email protected]
