Dr. Barton graduated summa cum laude from UC San Diego and earned his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine. He went on to complete his neurology residency at UCLA, followed by advanced fellowship training in clinical neurophysiology at both UCLA and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. His training focused on intraoperative monitoring, electromyography (EMG/NCV), electroencephalography (EEG), and neuromuscular disorders.
