Reviews
tripadvisorI worked with the Sheraton Lisle Naperville Hotel for my wedding block and Barbara was truly wonderful. She was very communicative and responsive to emails, and made the planning process much easier for me and my family. We booked a block of hotel rooms and their shuttle service to our wedding venue. Everything went smoothly for us, and the hotel was quick to respond when we needed something (e.g., an extra cot, chairs for our getting ready spaces, etc.). Mine and my husband's room did smell of cigarette smoke, but the hotel immediately gave us another room and addressed the issue. Overall, we had a mostly positive experience!
MoreI hosted a multi-national business event in the Chicago area in September 2026 and our group stayed here. Barbara and Mona made the process of accommodating 45 guests from four different countries a breeze. The restaurant and bar suited a large group well, and the lobby was big enough for our group to gather before and after meetings. We will definitely stay here again.
MoreI would say the hospitality was ABOVE expectations concerning two super courteous employees at the front desk. Thomas has such a welcoming demeanor and is obviously very ready to assist in any way possible with warmth and kindness. Making you feel like you are no bother at all. Amy who works graveyard goes those extra miles. She's very resourceful and happy to provide you with the best service possible with a genuine smile. Hope the both have very happy endeavors ahead.
MoreI stayed one night while working in the area. This Sheraton is very old and not sure it’s seen a renovation in a couple of decades. I was given room 842 if I remember right at the end of the hallway. The room was beyond “musty.” I knew I should have moved, but it was at the end of the hall and quiet. The wall paper was peeling in several locations. The ceiling had several repairs. There was a rust streak running down the wall from the sprinkler. Again, signs I should have moved. I woke up at 5am with such a severe sinus headache I got ready and left and finished sleeping in my car. That sinus headache lasted three days. The only positive I have is that the bed was extremely comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Loyalty isn’t worth staying here. Find somewhere else to stay.
MoreEverything was wonderful and properly planned. Thanks to Barbara coordinator for everything.
