tripadvisorI had the best experience at Canyon Ranch for a last-minute staycation spa day with friends. The spa itself was wonderful, but what really made our experience stand out were the people.Patrice, who checked us in at the spa, was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. We also had such a wonderful experience with Jennifer at the spa restaurant. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and took such great care of us. Her service made our time there even more enjoyable.Great facilities are important, but exceptional people are what make you want to come back. Patrice and Jennifer both deserve recognition for the level of service they provided. They truly made our spa day special, and I hope Canyon Ranch knows what an asset they both are!
MoreMy masseuse, Jesse, was excellent! I would return just to book another treatment with her that said, I expected more from a Canyon Ranch facility while cleaning and pleasant, the spot itself did not quite live up to the luxury standards I associate with the Canyon Ranch brand. The meditation and relaxation rooms are small and subpar.
MoreEverything but the actual service was horrible. Repeat the technician was excellent. The first check-in point, across from the cafeteria was a zoo noise filled and crowded. The long walk to the second check-in at least quieter but the service sub par, the tour did not include an explanation of any of the rooms a map is necessary to navigate this largest spa in North Amerirca - they shouldn't be so proud, all intimacy of a spa was lost. Upon getting the lockers and we moved into the reception area that had the feeling of a train station. Shout outs for appointments, no subdued voices for an area that is supposed to relax you before your treatment.
MoreI recently visited Canyon Ranch Spa while dealing with significant back pain and SI joint issues that had been affecting me for months. During my visit, Evette, Sue, Frank, and Erica took the time to listen, connect with me, and provide personalized tips, exercises, and guidance.I was amazed by the difference I felt. The very next day, my back pain was noticeably reduced, and it has continued to improve as I follow the exercises and recommendations they shared. For the first time in months, I feel like I am making real progress. What impressed me most was not only their knowledge and expertise, but also the genuine care they showed. They went above and beyond to help me understand what was contributing to my pain and empowered me with practical tools to continue healing.Evette, Sue, Frank, and Erica are truly top-notch professionals and tremendous assets to Canyon Ranch. I am incredibly grateful for their time, compassion, and dedication. They made a meaningful difference in my quality of life, and I cannot thank them enough.
MoreI bought a manicure for my wife, more of a surprise. The place was beautiful as we have never been and were guests of the Wynn. Well until we met our nail tech Brooke, she was very aggressive and was looking for a fight. It took both of us off guard as we were expecting a calming & relaxing experience. I like to treat my wife to these spa days, but Brooke must have been having a real bad day or this normally how she goes about her business. I don't care about her politics or her personal feelings on different matters. We politely asked her to stop, but that only encouraged her. If we do come back, we will be requesting Brooke not be our nail tech.
