Charla is great. She always seems to find the spots that are giving me the most trouble. I feel wonderful after I leave my hour of relaxation. She is also very personable and makes me feel like I am doing her a favor for making me feel better. You need to book far in advance because her schedule fills up fast.

She is very very busy so plan way ahead to see her but that just shows how popular she is. She takes time to get to know you and work the spots that ache. Her new location is FANTASTIC, very nice, roomy, and the fact that they will have other services, makes it a cool destination for other services. Ignore anyone who bashes her but it simply is not true. She is professional at all times and honest! Very unprofessional! I've had two bad experiences with this massage therapist. the first time, 6 moths ago, i had a 90 min massage with foot scrub. she gave me a 60 minute one and when she was done i told her i had booked the 90 min with foot scrub and she had even confirmed with me over the phone, she told me i would have to come back for the remainder 30 min. i had to book another 30 minute session two weeks later. not very relaxing. The second time i booked a relaxation (which apparently means swedish) massage and when i asked for more pressure she told me that was an uncharge of $20 and that it would be deep tissue. i told her that was fine, but she continued to give me a swedish massage (quick light strokes, as opposed to deep tissue is slower deeper strokes) when i asked if she had heard me about the deep tissue uncharge being okay, she asked me to leave because i was unpleasable i was so upset, after coming in for a relaxing massage to be greeted with such hostility. She seemed to be emotional unstable.
