Soon to be our new home in the 3rd floor ballroom! Richard is super kool and is just itching to get things back going again. Stupid covid! We just love the building! And hope one day it's alive again with people and activities going on.

Everyone is very welcoming, it doesn't matter if you're an artist or just a regular towns person. I felt very welcome not having any talent in the performing arts whatsoever.

From beautiful local art to diverse and entertaining shows, Windwalker is the place to be if you are going through Charlotte, Michigan. It is a family-friendly establishment that emphasizes the importance of the Arts and is very community-oriented. As a non-profit organization, its volunteers aim to provide a safe place for artists to create and display their work. Members of the community are always made to feel welcome and participate in various events. Past and future events include: Regular Open Mic Night, Paint parties, Film Festival, Hula Hooping classes, Music lessons and workshops, Theatre, Concerts and more. The downstairs is both an art gallery and venue. Visitors can also go on a guided tour of the 100 year-old building. The upstairs is home to a beautiful ballroom, which can be rented out as a photo studio with gorgeous natural lighting (and backdrops included). Whether you are looking for something to do with kids, family, or friends, you can find it at Windwalker! I personally enjoy spending time there because they accept everyone for who they are and allow you to express yourself in different ways.
