I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable and manipulative service provided by Server 2nd S. on May 9th (Order #307/1).Tonight, we experienced a repeated pattern of inconsistency. My brother paid for the first two rounds, and while the server occasionally provided the correct drink, he frequently served Red Bull without vodka while charging full price. My brother chose to stay calm and even tipped him twice, hoping for professional service. However, when it was my turn to pay for the final round, the server intentionally served me a plain Red Bull with no alcohol whatsoever.I am a 37-year-old woman. I was acting with complete maturity, calm, and respect throughout the night. Yet, this server treated me with a total lack of integrity, acting as if I lacked the capacity to notice his blatant deception. Whether this was due to me being a visitor or some other bias, it was deeply insulting. His attempt to gaslight me completely ruined a night I was otherwise enjoying, forcing me to leave the establishment immediately.I refuse to reward fraudulent behavior, which is why I left zero tip. I am a paying customer who knows exactly what she ordered, and my handwritten note on the receipt—Red Bull no Vodka—serves as a record of his failed attempt to cheat me. typical college town pub. limited menu, but, reasonable prices with many beers. also you can play various games with your friends.

Never got to eat there. There were too many college students there doing some kind of a bar crawl. And so I just really picked a bad day to be there.

Came here for beers and games the other night. The beer is cheap and they have plenty of games, including pool, cornhole, and darts.
