This is a Best Western in name only. I've stayed in some nice Best Westerns, and this is not one of them. Feels more like a Motel 6 once you're there although the rooms are better but that's about it. The room is nice and clean, but the bathroom door requires you to do gyrations in order open or close it if you're in there. The rest of the hotel could use a facelift. No air conditioning in the hallway and some nasty looking carpets. Breakfast is extremely basic and there were no basic spices. Staff is very friendly and I commend them for what they have to work with. For what we paid, I would recommend staying elsewhere.

No hot water for showers. This is a basic expectation and as such I would have expected some compensation from management when I reported it to the front desk upon checkout. Particularly as a BW Rewards member.In addition, the shower bottom was very slippery. Aside from customer satisfaction I would think this would be addressed from a liability standpoint!Less bothersome but still annoying: general state of the room. While clean, it had numerous oddities: the lower door of the cabinet wouldn't stay closed (I have noticed this exact issue at other BWs), causing a tripping hazard in the very narrow walkway between the beds and the cabinet (caused by insufficient sq ft in the room for the 2 Q beds). Screws on the bathroom door latch stay were missing, thus stay was loose, door wouldn't stay closed. No USB plugs anywhere. Breakfast had poor selection and inadequate dining area for hotel guests. One and Done!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this best western. The room was spacious and the bed was firm. I stayed at this motel as I was doing work in the area. The room was clean and well appointed.I enjoyed my stay so much that I requested to be booked at this motel for the next time I am in town.

It was a great overall stay. Had good amenities & served our purposes well. Staff were also very efficient, kind, & responsive. The only thing that we would have liked to be different is if the breakfast started at 6 a.m. instead of 7 a.m. on the weekend so that we could have enjoyed it before needing to be on the road to the college.
